Roxanne & Charlie-April 18, 2009

Congrat's to Roxanne & Charlie! They were fantastic to work with, and put together a beautiful event! I had the pleasure of coordinating their rehearsal and ceremony as well!
They chose the following menu:

  • Domestic Cheese Display for Cocktail Hour

  • Chipotle Station- Cuban Pulled Pork, Cilantro Rice, Black Beans, Salsa, Shredded cheese, sour cream, chives, and bacon bits

  • Carving Station- Carved Turkey Breast, rolls, cranberry chutney, condiments

  • Grilled Vegetable Bites in Puff Pastry

  • Mashed Potato Station

For Centerpieces, they used two different selections. One table utilized cylinders wrapped with ribbon with pillar candles of varying heights, and votive candles. The second table use our 20" glass extenders with a flower arrangement on top. In addition, they completed the look with white polyester chair covers, with white poly bow from The Best Seat in the House!

The event DJ was from Professional Sound Services and did a great job, as usual! And, after hearing so many wonderful things about them, I had the opportunity to work with the awesome-Parsons! Check out their blog for more pictures of this event at www.wearetheparsons.blogspot.com. They have already posted some gorgeous pics from this event! Can't wait to see the rest!

Finally, a few words from the mother of the bride...

"Missy,
I just wanted to thank you again the the beautiful reception and dance you coordinated for Roxanne and Charlie. You did a great job managing the rehearsal, wedding and reception.
I spoke the Roxanne late last evening and she was so happy, she said everything was PERFECT. She said she wouldn't have changed a thing. I think that is a really big deal. You always hear of disasters or brides that wished this or that would have been different.
We had so many comments on the Madrid's atmosphere and beauty. We couldn't have chosen a better place to have Roxanne and Charlie's perfect day.
Also, we were so concerned about the food and now I wonder why, it was delicious. Again, we had many compliments on that too.
I just wanted to make sure you knew what this meant to the couple and their families. Please use us for references if you like.

Karla "

Congrat's again!
